Venue - hotel International

Hotel International Prague is a Czech national landmark. This four-star hotel is located in the residential district Prague - Dejvice, near the Václav Havel Airport, the Prague Castle, Old Town, Charles Bridge, Wenceslas Square and other interesting areas of the metropolis, with excellent public transport service by metro and tram.

The hotel itself is  is the largest Stalinist architecture building in Prague. The building was built between 1952 and 1954 at the order of Defence minister Alexej Čepička. It is 88 m high (the roof is 67 m, plus a 10 m chalice and a 1.5 m red star) and has sixteen floors. Part of the building was a fallout shelter for 600 people.

This hotel Internacional is also  one of the largest conference centres in the capital of the Czech Republic. Its congress centre and 15 meeting rooms can accommodate up to 1,200 people. All halls  have a unique design without pillars, with natural light and air conditioning.
