Registration fees

The deadline for early bird registration is 10 March 2017.

All types of registration include: conference registration, book of abstracts and all conference materials, coffee breaks, 3 lunches, opening party, Wine&Cheese party, tickets for public transport. The conference fee does not include conference "Gala" dinner.

Notes:

Type A - standard registration

Type B - registration for students incl. PhD students (age limitation 35 years).

Type C - includes lunches, opening party, Wine&Cheese party, tickets for public transport.

Type D - if you will choose this type of registration, you will help us to keep the high standard of the conference. You will be listed in the List of participants with a special thanks for your support.

Prices are incl. all taxes.

CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS

The registration fee will be refunded (with a deduction of 10 % to cover the handling costs) if participation in the Congress is cancelled in writing before 1 May 2017. No refund will be granted after this date.

Abstract submission

Book of abstract will contain short abstract of all presentation (1 page for lectures and also for posters). For preparation of abstract, please follow the instructions and use the template
